1. Go to Book & Life website & Log-in.
2. Click (상품권교환).
3. Select (아이넘버).
4. Insert 12 digits PIN & Click (캐시교환).

How to exchange the 12 digits PIN to a 16 digits PIN?

1. Go to the Booknlife Mobile App and log in.
2. Click innumber icon to proceed
3. Select (4.아이넘버), Insert 12 digits PIN & click (PIN으로 교환).
4. You may get the 16 digits Pin now.
