1. E-Vouchers can only be used once, for 1 mobile phone and 1 VIP account.
2. Customers must have an active WeTV account to use the e-voucher. The VIP amount will be added to the customer's account.
3. If the customer has subscribed to VIP, an additional month of the VIP e-voucher will be added following the end time of the customer's VIP subscription 1 Jan 2024, if the customer redeems a 1 month VIP e-voucher, then the VIP expiry period will end on 1 Feb 2024).

5. Upon inserting the eVoucher code into WeTV's Mobile App, the VIP benefits will be immediately activated.
6. This eVoucher code is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
7. WeTV reserves the right to amend/cancel the eVoucher code at any time.
8. WeTV shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the users, if the user is found to have breached WeTV's Users Terms and Conditions.
