I purchased a game code, but it doesn't work when redeemed. I’ve confirmed it's entered correctly and still valid.
Issue details:
Invalid code: Not recognized by the system.
Already redeemed: Marked as used, though I just bought it.
Please assist in resolving this, either by issuing a replacement code or another solution. I hope SEAGM can provide a prompt resolution to this issue as soon as possible so that the event in the game I topped up for does not expire.
