The amount of red diamonds payed today with SEAGM (order C71575083 - P63385833), have not yet been credited to my hero clash account! An inconvenience like this had never happened before. I demand explanations. I also contacted your call center and they are not answering to my questions. I'm waiting to receive the red diamonds purchased this day.

Purchase price keep going up but the service getting slower. Purchase at 1am. Hold my order without any information or explanation. Only get my order at 2.30pm without any compensation. This is really bad service
