Kept asking me for 100 verifications with unrealistic requirements. Asking for customer sensitive information and confidential details. I do not willingly provide my bank card details to anyone. Not even my banks. The FCA guidelines do not stipulate that a customer must divulge his credit card details for verification. Only identification is required or proof of payment or receipts. Not bak card information though. It is a shame that you treat your most loyal highspenders like this.
