I never recieved the code/card after recieving an email to say that I had an invoice to state it was paid for.
I purchased this card as a Birthday Gift for my niece. After waiting since the 22nd of September I contacted online support and was given the worst customer service I have ever come across. I was called a liar in his or her "polite terms" and then was disconnected. The agent was rude!, I had $100 taken from my account with no service returned
