How to claim a webshop item?

1. Log in to the game using the SNS account used at the time of purchase.
2. The purchased items can be claimed from Connect to Game > Gem Shop > Storage Chest.
3. When the items appear in the storage chest, click the Claim or Claim All button to receive the items.
4. The items will be delivered to the storage chest of the character who first logs into the game after the purchase. Please confirm the information of the character you purchased for.
5. If the purchase history page shows "Payment Completed" but the items do not appear in the game's storage chest, please log in to the game again or click the Restore Purchase button to reload the storage.
