Everytime I left the chat to confirm my purchase, the chat would be lost and I had to start the process from scratch. Third time, I encountered Allen who actually replied manually, not only by automated messages. He was kind and patient but the quality required for the selfie even though you could already read the data was really annoying. I lost the chat again in the end but purchase was verified after all. I didn't expect a google play card purchase to be so difficult. Still, thanks Allen.
