One of the two card codes could not be redeemed because "it was not valid or had already been used". Customer service checked and confirmed that the code was VALID when sold and there was no duplicate sold (of the physical card). Therefore, this means that the code provided to me had already been used, which is what prevented it from being redeemed. No compensation was given, even though enough information was provided to check that I did not redeem it myself. Not nice at all.
