Too much verification with the amount immediately deducted from my card. Do the verification BEFORE not AFTER someone has already paid!

they do a lot of verifications, for first time users buying gift cards and stuff , but unlike other websites their live chat was so quick and a human for sure. average waiting time for me was 30 seconds. even at night or odd hours. I was pretty impressed tbh. once chatting can submit via the chat log link , no emailing or attaching things to emails. its a good system. I had a great experience as a first time user. The CC agent was nice and friendly too.
