I was so disappointed. I am a regular customer and always buy prepaid Mastercards from seagm. Yesterday I bought a $50 and it didn't work. Customer service didn't even care to check on anything they just gave me a bunch of paperwork and a 'hope for the best' type of attitude. It makes me second guess ever using this service again.
