1. What are the vouchers obtained through top-up on this page?
The vouchers obtained from topping up on this page are a type of virtual currency that can be used directly in-game. They can be used to purchase gift packs or items from the in-game store as a substitute for real money. After a successful top-up on this page, you will receive vouchers equal to the amount topped up. You can check your current voucher balance in the upper right corner of the game interface.2. How do I receive the items after a successful top-up?
After a successful top-up, the vouchers and bonus items will be sent via in-game mail to the game account associated with the “Character ID/Number” you entered on this page. After completing the top-up, please tap the “three-line” icon in the top right corner of the game interface to open the “Mail” feature and claim your items.
3. How do I use vouchers in the game?
When purchasing gift packs that require direct payment, if your voucher balance is sufficient to cover the cost, a confirmation window will appear. It will prompt you to use vouchers and show how many vouchers will be deducted. Tap “Use” to complete the purchase with vouchers instead of real money. (If you choose “Direct Payment,” it will proceed through the regular payment process using real money.)
4. Can vouchers be used together with real money?
Currently, the game does not support combining vouchers with real money. Vouchers can only be used to pay for items whose prices are equal to or less than your available voucher balance.
5. Why haven’t I received the items in the in-game mailbox after top-up?
Item delivery may take some time. Please wait a moment. If you still haven’t received them after a long time, tap the “three-line” icon in the upper right corner of the game interface, open the “User Center,” and select “Contact Customer Service” for assistance.
6. Why can’t I see the store and gift packs in the game after receiving vouchers?
The in-game store and gift pack features unlock after reaching “Stage 2-2.” Please progress through the main storyline to access these features.
