Cant redeem and they told me to wait 5 days to check on thier end....

i recommend not to purchase this , as they send me a card which was redeemed, not a regular seagm customer , but i do make some purchase over the years, decided to purchase this steam card $100 USD gift card for my myself turn out it was already redeemed, i decided to make a report about this , one of the staff told me to submit a report regarding about this issue,reported the issue it has been more than 7 working business day & still no updates 0/10 never ever coming back again !!

steam USD hanya berlaku untuk negara amerika saja udah nda berlaku di negara lain kayak dulu.coba ubah preference store di steam, alasan CS harus tinggal di amrik. minta refund disini tapi tidak bisa. mengecewakan
