My sites that I used neosurf don't accept them anymore and you're company advertises that poker stars and a few more states that they can be used but not true anymore

The neosurf pin i got came up as IDticktet does not exist when I checked the balance on neosurf.com. talked to customer service and they made me jump through hoops only to have to wait 1 - 5 business days to find out what's going on and they refused to give me a refund. This site has SCAM written all over it. I wish I could say this wasn't the first time something like this happened, but that would be a lie. I won't be using this site again after the treatment I'v
